| Obverse description | Octagonal zinc notgeld token with an outer pearl border following the eight-sided periphery. An inner pearl circle frames the central field, within which the large numeral '20' denotes the denomination. The circular legend 'PAPIERFABRIK MULDENSTEIN G.M.B.H.' runs between the outer and inner pearl borders, identifying the issuing paper mill. The design is plain and functional, typical of German emergency coinage of the early 1920s. |
