| Obverse description | Green and black notgeld on paper, with a green foliate underprint across the entire field. A central rectangular panel carries the denomination inscription "Gutschein über zwanzig Pfennig" in Gothic blackletter script, followed by the issuing authority text naming the Hafenbetriebs-Verein in Bremen e.V., Gröpelingerdeich 12/13, dated 1. August 1921. The bold Gothic numeral "20" is repeated on both lateral margins of the central panel, with the Low German motto in Gothic script running above and below. |
