Obverse description The obverse is printed in blue and gold on white paper, with the four corners filled by the blue-and-white diagonal-stripe pattern of the Bavarian lozenge, evoking strong regional identity. A central cartouche with a gold guilloche border encloses the text in ornate German script, with a large underprint numeral '20' in blue behind the denomination. The date and the facsimile signature of the Bürgermeister appear at the foot of the cartouche, with the printer's imprint 'MEINDL, MÜNCHEN-PASING' in the bottom margin.
