Obverse description Typeset letterpress design within an ornate guilloche border framing all four edges, with denomination numerals '20' at the lower corners. The central text block carries the full redemption pledge in letterpress type, flanked at right by the circular seal of the Commonwealth of the Philippines as an underprint. Three manuscript signatures appear along the bottom margin, attributed respectively to the Acting Treasurer, the Governor as Chairman, and the Provincial Auditor as Member of the Negros Emergency Currency Board.
