Banco de Kamberra is a private fantasy issuer — these notes carry no legal tender status anywhere and circulate as collectibles or numismatic curiosities rather than functioning currency. The "Anne de Bretagne" series places a French late-medieval figure on what is nominally a Kamberran denomination, a pairing that has no historical or geographic logic and is entirely the designer's invention.
Franck Medina has produced multiple series under this banner. The dry stamp is the only security feature, which tells you everything about the intended audience.
