Reverse description The reverse presents a detailed intaglio vignette of the Palacio de Torre Tagle, a magnificent 18th-century baroque colonial mansion in Lima that serves as the seat of Peru's Ministry of Foreign Affairs, rendered in black and orange tones against a multicolour guilloche underprint with wavy security patterns along the upper and right margins. The denomination numeral "20" appears in large figures at both left and right, with an OVI optically variable ink element visible at lower right.
