| Reverse description | Central circular hole around which the denomination is expressed in three scripts: the numeral 20 and the legend MILS in Latin script appear at the upper right, the Hebrew מיל to the left, and the Arabic ٢٠ مِل at the base, all radiating around the central perforation. The design is plain and unadorned, with a milled border encircling the rim. The bold, widely-spaced lettering is characteristic of the British Mandate Palestine coinage series. |
