| Reverse description | A large flat-topped crowned shield at center displays the Greater Arms of Sweden: the three crowns of Sweden in the first and fourth quarters, the Folkung Lion in the second and third quarters, and an inescutcheon bearing the Vasa sheaf. This central shield is surrounded by two concentric rings of provincial and feudal shields: an inner ring of fifteen flat-topped shields and an outer ring of fourteen more elaborately detailed shields, representing the dominions of the Swedish crown. The date is divided '16–06' at either side of the crown above the central shield. |
