Reverse description The reverse presents a bold, stylised allegorical composition depicting two outstretched human figures whose arms converge at the top of the field in a gesture of solidarity or mutual support, forming a triangular arch over an open space. The two hands of each figure are clearly rendered at the lateral extremities of the field, emphasising the theme of human solidarity. The denomination L.20 is incused in the lower field below the central motif, and the Rome mint mark R appears just above it in the lower centre.
