| Obverse description | Within a decorative twelve-pointed star border framing the inner field, a detailed high-relief depiction of the minaret and outer stone wall of the Erzurum Grand Mosque occupies the lower portion of the design. The Turkish crescent and star emblem appears in the upper left of the field. The bilingual legend 'TÜRKİYE CUMHURİYETİ / REPUBLIC OF TÜRKİYE' arcs across the upper field, with the denomination '20 Türk Lirası' and date '2025' inscribed below in the central field.
