| Obverse description | Central field depicts a stylized rendering of the Bilge Tonyukuk inscription stele, with multiple vertical columns of Old Turkic runic script filling the right portion of the design and a single prominent vertical column of larger Old Turkic characters occupying the left portion. The composition is framed within a raised inner border, evoking the appearance of an ancient carved monument.
