Obverse description	Vertically oriented note with a multi-ruled rectangular border enclosing dense Ottoman calligraphic inscriptions arranged in horizontal panels throughout the design. At the top, a large radiant sunburst vignette surrounds a central oval reserve, below which a crescent-shaped cartouche bears the principal denomination text in ornate Ottoman script. Further panels contain the issuing authority legend and value inscriptions within elaborate floral guilloche cartouches, with marginal inscriptions running along all four borders.

Reverse description	Plain paper reverse with minimal printed content, dominated by a large circular impressed seal bearing Ottoman tughra-style calligraphy at center, surrounded by a faint ghost impression of the sunburst vignette visible from the obverse through the thin paper stock. The remainder of the surface is essentially blank, consistent with early Ottoman kaime treasury notes of this period.
