| Obverse description | Draped bust of Bishop Johann Konrad II von Reinach-Hirzbach facing right, wearing a long curled wig and ecclesiastical vestments with a pectoral cross visible at the truncation. The effigy is rendered in a fine Baroque style, likely the work of engraver Johann Karl von Hedlinger. A circular Latin legend runs along the upper periphery, interrupted by the portrait. The rim is bordered by a milled edge with a fine beaded inner border. |

| Reverse description | Imperial double-headed eagle displayed, surmounted by a single open crown, with wings spread and talons clutching orb and sceptre. A circular shield on the breast bears the denomination numeral '20', identifying this as a 20 Kreuzer piece. The eagle is set above an ornate Baroque foliate cartouche. The circular Latin legend, split by the date, runs around the periphery and identifies the issuer as Bishop of Basel and Prince of the Holy Roman Empire. The rim is milled with a fine beaded inner border. |
