Reverse description The reverse presents a detailed silver-relief rendering of the reverse design of the Slovak 20-korún banknote. Nitra Castle, with its historic church and fortifications, is depicted in the left and central field, set against a stylised landscape with wavy lines suggesting the Nitra River. An ornamental Great Moravian period serpentine motif frames the upper portion of the composition. The numeral '20' appears in large format to the upper right. The Slovak coat of arms — a double-armed cross on a three-peaked mountain — is shown on a shield in the lower central field, accompanied by the year '2003' and a facsimile signature. The legend 'NÁRODNÁ BANKA SLOVENSKA' and the mint location 'V BRATISLAVE' are inscribed vertically along the right border.
