| Obverse description | Central oval vignette bears the double-headed eagle arms set against a crosshatched guilloche ground, framed by olive branches on either side. A ribbon cartouche inscribed 'Т.Р.' appears at the top of the border. The denomination '20 КОП' is printed in bold lettering at the foot of the design. The note is printed in olive-green on cardboard and has perforated edges in the manner of a postage stamp. |
