At center is a gold-plated (local gilding) stylized page from the Suprasl Irmologion (1598–1601), recognized as the oldest extant Ukrainian manuscript written in sheet music notation and a foundational source of Kyiv Church liturgical heritage, housed in the Volodymyr Vernadskyi National Library of Ukraine.
