| Obverse description | The obverse features an elaborate allegorical composition inspired by Hryhorii Skovoroda's philosophical collection 'The Garden of Divine Songs.' Five stylized trees with gilt foliage — including a heart-shaped tree, a broad-leafed tree, and narrower foliate forms — rise across the upper field, their canopies rendered in selective gold gilding against the polished silver ground. Curvilinear inscriptions drawn from Skovoroda's writings spiral through the interstices of the trees in Cyrillic script, filling the field with literary quotations. In the lower portion, a central composition depicts a printing press or book-stand flanked by ornamental vessels, chalices, and botanical elements in high relief, evoking the world of Ukrainian Baroque philosophy and literary production. The legend 'САД БОЖЕСТВЕННИХ ПІСЕНЬ' arcs across the upper border, while the inscriptions 'УКРАЇНА', '2022', the Ukrainian trident (tryzub) state emblem, and the denomination '20 ₴' appear along the lower rim. |
