| Reverse description | The reverse carries an intaglio vignette of the Lviv Opera and Ballet Theatre, a Neo-Renaissance building completed in 1900 after a design by architect Zygmunt Gorgolewski, set against a multicolour guilloche underprint. The denomination numeral "20" appears in all four corners, the inscription "НАЦІОНАЛЬНИЙ БАНК УКРАЇНИ" runs across the top, and "ДВАДЦЯТЬ ГРИВЕНЬ" is placed below the central vignette alongside the label "Львівський театр опери та балету". The issue year is incorporated into the lower portion of the design. |
