| Obverse description | Central vignette presents a panoramic view of the Augustinian monastery of St. Florian, rendered in fine black letterpress on a light ground. The denomination '20' appears in two guilloche-bordered roundels at lower left and right. The title inscription 'Zwanzig Heller' is set in elaborate Gothic blackletter across the top, flanked by ornate foliate scroll borders, with the issuer legend 'Markt St. Florian' in italic script below the central vignette. |

| Reverse description | The reverse is printed on a salmon-pink guilloche underprint with a central rectangular text panel in Gothic script setting out the legal authorization text dated 15 March 1920, followed by the anti-counterfeiting warning. A banner at the top bears a motto in blackletter, flanked by the numeral '20' in solid black panels at each corner. Two manuscript signatures appear at the foot below the printed titles of the Vizebürgermeister and Bürgermeister, with a faint embossed municipal seal at center. The printer's imprint 'F. Prietzel, Steyr' is set in small type at the bottom margin. |
