| Obverse description | The obverse carries a letterpress-printed vignette at left depicting the market square of Ober-Wölbling with a tall column monument surmounted by a figure set before a row of arched buildings, enclosed within a decorative ruled border. To the lower centre, the circular municipal seal of the Marktgemeinde is impressed. The denomination '20 HELLER' appears in bold type at right within a plain panel, with the issuer title 'KASSENSCHEIN DER MARKTGEMEINDE OBER-WÖLBLING' in large block letters across the top. Three facsimile manuscript signatures appear at the base under the respective titles 'DER VICEBÜRGERMEISTER', 'DER BÜRGERMEISTER', and 'DER GESCHÄFTSFÜHRENDE GEMEINDERAT'. |

| Reverse description | The reverse is printed entirely in Gothic (Fraktur) typeface on plain unadorned paper, carrying the full redemption text of the note in German. The series designation 'Serie 3' appears at upper right. The text body guarantees payment backed by all movable and immovable assets of the commune, states acceptance until 31 December 1920 and redemption in legal tender between 16 and 31 December 1920, followed by a counterfeiting warning. The printer's imprint 'Buchdruckerei Herzogenburg' appears at the foot. |
