| Obverse description | Plain paper ground bearing the full text of the municipal issuing declaration in German Kurrent script. The municipality name 'Marsbach' is set in large decorative cursive lettering as the central inscription, flanked above by 'Die Gemeinde' and below by the postal designation 'Post Niederkappel in OÖ.'; the body text records the council resolution of 23 June 1920 authorizing the voucher issue and pledges the full municipal assets as guarantee for redemption.
