| Obverse description | The obverse is printed on a light blue speckled ground with an elaborate central vignette composed of three architectural scenes in fine letterpress line engraving: a castle at upper left, a manor house at upper right, and a panoramic view of the town of Kirchham with its church tower at centre. The denomination numeral '20' appears in large blue figures within ornate guilloche cartouches at lower left and lower right, flanked by decorative wheat-ear and foliate motifs. The issuer legend in Gothic blackletter script occupies the upper centre, with the notation 'III. Auflage' (third issue) printed in blue at the upper right. |

| Reverse description | The reverse is printed on plain cream paper within a decorative rectangular border with braided outer rule and ornamental corner pieces. A large stylised foliate panel occupies the left margin, rendered in dark ink with oak leaves and grape clusters. The central text block, set in Gothic blackletter script, contains the legal authorisation text dated 9 May 1920, stating the total issue of 60,080 Kronen and the municipality's obligation to redeem the notes in lawful cash. Facsimile signatures of the Vizeburgermeister and the Burgermeister appear at lower centre, with the denomination numeral '20' in blue within a guilloche square between them. |
