At left, an oval vignette contains a portrait bust of a woman in left profile, rendered in fine letterpress line engraving with decorative border. At right, a second oval cartouche carries the issuing authority text and validity date, flanked by ornamental corner pieces. The denomination '20 HELLER' is set in large Gothic display type along the upper edge, with three manuscript signatures below the portrait vignette.
