A central vignette presents a line-engraved view of a multi-storey civic building, flanked on both sides by the large denomination numeral '20' above the word 'HELLER'. The title 'Gutschein der Stadt Gmunden.' runs across the top, while the date 'Gmunden, 1. | Reverse lettering | Gutschein der Stadt Gmunden. 20 HELLER (ZWANZIG) 20 Zur Behebung der herrschenden Hartgeldnot gibt die Stadtgemeinde Gmunden auf Grund des Gemeindeausschußbeschlusses vom 7. November 1919 Gutscheine bis zu einem Gesamtbetrag von 40.000 K aus u. hinterlegt diesen Betrag als Deckung. Diese Gutscheine werden bis auf öffentlich kundgemachten Widerruf bei der städt. Zentralkassa in gesetzl. Bargeld eingelöst. Nachahmung wird bestraft. |
