The central field presents two decorative rectangular borders of repeating circular ornaments flanking bold numerals '20' at left and right, with the denomination 'HELLER' in large capitals centred over a light guilloche underprint. Below, a guarantee clause in small roman type is followed by the issue date 'Gmünd, am 1. März 1920' and three printed facsimile signatures of the Vizebürgermeister, Bürgermeister, and Gemeinderat. |
