| Reverse description | The reverse is letterpress-printed in brown on buff paper within a bold rectangular border of dotted rules and stylised wave motifs in an Art Nouveau manner. At upper centre the numeral '20' occupies an elongated eye-shaped cartouche flanked by sweeping decorative wings, with a matching lower cartouche bearing the word 'HELLER'. The central field carries the municipal liability guarantee in three lines of serif type, followed by the place and date of issue and a statutory anti-counterfeiting warning. |
