| Obverse description | Blue decorative border frames the note, with a light guilloche underprint in grey-blue tones. To the left, the coat of arms of Eferding is rendered in red and white, surmounted by a wildman figure holding a shield. The denomination "Zwanzig 20 Heller" appears in the centre in bold Gothic lettering, with the numeral "20" overprinted in red within a geometric rosette. A text block above and below the denomination states the liability of the Stadtgemeinde Eferding per council resolution of 24 November 1919 and the redemption conditions, with the Bürgermeister's manuscript signature at the foot. |
