| Obverse description | Rose-red Notgeld printed in letterpress on cream paper, with a decorative zigzag border framing the entire face. At left, the municipal coat of arms of Eferding — a tower with a knight figure above — is rendered as a vignette. The denomination '20' appears as a large numeral overprint at centre, flanked by the words 'Zwanzig Heller' in Gothic script, with multi-line text above and below attesting to the municipal guarantee per Gemeinderatsbeschluss of 24 November 1919 and the redemption conditions at the Städtisches Kammeramt. A manuscript signature of the Bürgermeister appears at the lower right, above an anti-counterfeiting warning. |
