| Obverse description | A winged angel (cherub) displayed centrally in the field, supporting the Saxon electoral arms — a shield divided with the crossed swords of Meissen and the barry field of Saxony — with wings spread to either side. The shield is nearly flat across the top and rounded at the base. The denomination '20' appears in a cartouche at the base of the design within an inner circle. A continuous Latin legend runs along the outer rim, reading IOHAN·GEORG·D·G·DVX·SAX·IVL·CLI·ET·MON, identifying the ruler John George, Duke of Saxony. |
