The Quetzalcoatlus — a Late Cretaceous pterosaur from the Maastrichtian deposits of Texas with an estimated wingspan approaching 10–11 meters — is among the largest known flying animals ever identified. Congo's ongoing prehistoric fauna series has become one of the more commercially aggressive silver programs in the modern collector market, pairing high-relief colorization with subjects that have no historical or geographic connection to the issuing authority whatsoever.
