| Obverse description | The national coat of arms of the Democratic Republic of the Congo is depicted centrally, featuring the head of a leopard set within a circular emblem flanked by an elephant tusk on the left and a spear on the right, all resting on a decorative base. The motto words JUSTICE and TRAVAIL appear on curved banners to either side, with PAIX inscribed on the central base.
