| Obverse description | Central field bears a multi-line Arabic inscription giving the ruler's name and titles, denomination, and Hijri date, all enclosed within an ornate lobed cartouche with geometric interlaced border. Flanking the cartouche on either side are two upright olive or palm sprigs curving outward toward the rim. The Hijri year 1364 appears at the base of the inscription. The overall design is strictly epigraphic, with no royal effigy, rendered in bold relief against a flat field. |
