Reverse description An aerial bird's-eye view of the Chapel Bridge (Kapellbrücke) in Lucerne is depicted in fine detail, showing the medieval covered wooden footbridge spanning the Reuss River in a diagonal composition. The octagonal Water Tower (Wasserturm) is visible to the right of the bridge. The twin spires of the Church of Saint Leodegar (Hofkirche) rise prominently in the background, set against a rendering of the surrounding hills. The engraver's initials H-PvAh appear in the lower field of the design. The legend KAPELLBRÜCKE LUZERN is inscribed along the upper periphery.
