Obverse description Printed in dark red and green multicolour, the obverse centres on a vignette of Minerva at left, helmeted and robed, with the Belgian lion resting at her feet amid a surround of economic symbols and artisanal tools. Intricate guilloche underprint frames the composition, with the denomination '20 FRANCS' and issuer title 'BANQUE NATIONALE' rendered in bold intaglio lettering.
