| Reverse description | A three-quarter profile portrait of Elly Heuss-Knapp occupies the central field, rendered in refined relief. The logo of the Müttergenesungswerk (Mothers' Convalescence Organisation) appears to the right of the portrait. The numeral '75' is prominently displayed to commemorate the 75th anniversary of the organisation. The legend 'ELLY HEUSS-KNAPP' arcs along the upper field, while 'S.H. 75 JAHRE MÜTTERGENESUNGSWERK' is inscribed in the lower portion of the design. |

| Additional information |
Elly Heuss-Knapp co-founded the Müttergenesungswerk in 1950, a welfare organization providing recuperative care for mothers — a cause she pursued relentlessly from the chancellery while her husband Theodor served as West Germany's first Federal President. She died in office in 1952, still fundraising. This issue marks the 75th anniversary of that foundation, placing it in a German commemorative series honoring women whose contributions operated largely outside formal political structures.
