Obverse description The obverse features the right-facing draped effigy of Queen Elizabeth II by Susanna Blunt, wearing a pearl necklace and earrings. The portrait is rendered in frosted relief against a deeply mirrored proof field. The legend ELIZABETH II arcs along the left rim and D·G·REGINA along the right rim in incuse Latin lettering.
