| Reverse description | The reverse, designed by Adam Young, presents a colourful and expressive artistic interpretation of a reported UFO sighting that occurred in Clarenville, Newfoundland and Labrador, in 1978. The landscape-oriented composition depicts the scene from the vantage point of the witnesses, with an RCMP police cruiser prominently featured in the lower right corner of the field. An oval-shaped craft is shown hovering above the waters of Random Sound beneath a clear night sky, its form rendered with vivid colour. Black-light-activated glow-in-the-dark technology illuminates the craft and its reflection on the water's surface, adding a dramatic supernatural quality to the design. The legend CANADA appears within the composition. |
