| Reverse description | Within the fine silver centre disc, a youthful effigy of Queen Elizabeth II is depicted in three-quarter facing bust, with the neoclassical facade of Buckingham Palace rendered in low relief behind her. The silver centre is set within a elaborately detailed gold ring bearing a starburst or order-badge motif with beaded inner and outer borders. The legend ELIZABETH II and the regnal dates 1952-2002 arc across the upper portion of the gold ring, while GOLDEN JUBILEE is inscribed along the lower arc. The Perth Mint privy mark P appears in the lower field of the silver centre. |
