| Obverse description | The obverse presents a gold-plated effigy of King Charles III in left-facing profile, uncrowned and draped, rendered in high relief against a silver field. The regal bust, attributed to engraver Steven Rosati, occupies the central portion of the coin, with the engraver's initials 'SR' visible beneath the portrait. The legend 'CHARLES III' arcs along the left rim and 'D·G·REX' along the right rim, both in raised Latin lettering. The denomination '20 DOLLARS' is inscribed along the lower field. The gold plating of the portrait contrasts elegantly with the polished silver surrounding field and the gold-plated outer border. |

Part of the RCM's long-running fine silver wildlife series, this issue continues a program that has produced dozens of animal subjects annually since the early 2000s — a volume that keeps secondary market premiums modest on most entries despite the .9999 fineness.
