| Reverse description | The central field features a dynamic scene of a canoeist navigating whitewater rapids, depicted in high relief with turbulent water surrounding the kayak. A slalom gate is visible to the right of the athlete. In the left background, a stylized architectural structure, suggestive of a Gothic cathedral or historic building, rises above the waterline. The Olympic rings are displayed at the top of the field, with the curved legend 'XXV OLIMPIADA' arcing above them. The year '1992' and the host city 'BARCELONA' are inscribed in the lower portion of the field. |

| Additional information |
Andorra issued a wave of Olympic commemoratives in the late 1980s ahead of the Barcelona 1992 Games, using the series partly as a mechanism to expand its presence in the international numismatic market — the principality had only begun striking its own coinage in 1983. Joan Martí i Alanis, the Bishop of Urgell who co-signed this issue in his capacity as one of Andorra's two co-princes, held that role from 1971 until 2003, making him the longest-serving co-prince of the modern era.
