Obverse description	The central field bears the arms of the Republic of The Gambia, featuring a quartered shield flanked by two rampant lions as supporters, surmounted by a helmet and a palm tree as crest, with a scroll beneath bearing the national motto PROGRESS PEACE PROSPERITY.
