Obverse description Blue intaglio print with red serial numbers appearing twice across the upper field and two red rectangular bank seals at centre-bottom, set against a fine guilloche underprint. A large cartouche at left bears the Chinese denomination 貳角 (Two Jiao) in white characters on an elaborate lathe-work ground. To the right, a detailed vignette presents the Mausoleum of Sun Yat-Sen (中山陵) in Nanjing, rendered with its grand ceremonial stairway, flanking cypress trees and the principal memorial hall set against a hillside. The bank title 中央儲備銀行 runs along the top, with a redemption clause cartouche and the printer's imprint at the base.
