(Translation: Her Royal Highness Princess Sister Galyani Vadhana Princess of Naradhiwas Rajanagarindra)
Reverse description Central device depicts the royal cypher of Princess Galyani Vadhana rendered as an ornate Thai-style ceremonial monument (busabok throne), surmounted by a multi-tiered spired crown with radiating rays above, flanked by mythological serpentine creatures (nagas), and supported by a heraldic shield base bearing floral and scrollwork motifs. The denomination '๒๐ บาท' (20 Baht) appears in large Thai numerals flanking the central device at mid-field. A circular Thai-script legend surrounds the design, recording the occasion of the Princess's 6th cycle birthday celebration on 6 May 2538 (1995) and the country name Thailand.
