| Obverse description | Draped bust of Princess Bejaratana Rajasuda facing slightly to the right, wearing formal attire adorned with an ornate necklace and decorations. The effigy is rendered in high relief with fine detail to the hair, which is swept upward. A Thai-script legend surrounds the portrait, reading the full royal name of the princess, and is divided between the left and right fields of the coin. |

| Reverse description | Central device comprises the royal cypher of Princess Bejaratana Rajasuda — a crowned, ornately detailed emblem in traditional Thai artistic style — set within a plain field. Surrounding the central device, Thai-script inscriptions in the field record the occasion of her 84th birthday on 24 November 2552 (Buddhist Era). Along the lower portion of the field, the denomination '๒๐ บาท' (20 Baht) and the country name 'ประเทศไทย' (Thailand) are inscribed, flanked by decorative stops. The entire design is enclosed within a beaded border. |
