| Obverse description | Facing bust of Crown Prince Maha Vajiralongkorn (later Rama X), depicted in youthful portrait wearing an ornate traditional Thai ceremonial uniform with an embroidered collar and decorative insignia at center chest. The effigy occupies the central field, rendered in fine relief. A curved Thai-script legend reading 'สมเด็จพระบรมโอรสาธิราชฯ' appears along the left periphery and 'สยามมกุฎราชกุมาร' along the right, identifying the Crown Prince and his title as Siamese Crown Prince. |
