Additional information

Issued to mark the centennial of the Poh-Chang Academy of Arts, one of Thailand's oldest vocational art schools, founded in 1913 under Rama VI to train craftsmen in traditional decorative arts for royal and religious commissions. The institution produced generations of artisans responsible for lacquerwork, gilt metalwork, and mural restoration across Bangkok's major temples.

Commemorative 20 Baht pieces of this type saw wide collector hoarding on issue, leaving circulated examples genuinely harder to source than uncirculated ones.
