Obverse description The crowned Polish eagle — the national emblem of Poland — is depicted facing forward in the central field, with wings spread and head turned to the right, rendered in detailed relief. The date 1994 is split to either side of the eagle's body, with 19 to the left and 94 to the right. The denomination ZŁ 20000 ZŁ appears in the lower portion of the field beneath the eagle. The circular legend RZECZPOSPOLITA POLSKA runs along the upper periphery, framed by a beaded border.
