Obverse description	The right half of the note is dominated by a large intaglio portrait of Ayatollah Ruhollah Khomeini facing left, set against a light blue guilloche underprint. To the left of the portrait, a central vignette presents an intricate geometric and floral medallion in blue and green tones, characteristic of Persian tilework design. Two serial numbers in red Arabic-Indic numerals appear at upper left and lower right, with two facsimile signatures and their titles in Persian script at the lower centre.
