| Obverse description | Blue-grey intaglio print on a multicolour underprint. A vignette of the Paraguayan woman (La Mujer Paraguaya) appears at right, holding a traditional pitcher bearing coat of arms symbols; the issuer title runs along the top and face value appears in both numerals and letters at the corners and centre. Two official coats of arms are positioned below the value, with a vertical red serial number at left and a horizontal black serial number at lower right; a security thread and watermark zone occupy the left field, accompanied by a circle tactile device for the visually impaired and the BCP perfect-printing registration device. The denomination "20 MIL" is printed in green at the upper left corner. |
