Obverse description	An intaglio-printed three-quarter-face vignette of President Hồ Chí Minh occupies the right half of the note against a light blue guilloche underprint, with a colour-shifting ink patch at centre-right serving as a security element. To the left, the Vietnamese national emblem — a five-pointed star above a cog and rice ears — is set within a floral guilloche rosette, flanked by the denomination numeral "20.000" in large multicoloured figures at lower centre. The serial number appears in red at left and in black at lower right.
